Exchange and refund policy




Out of concern for your safety, Kuwait shop does not allow the return or exchange of beauty products, skin and hair care products, even if they are in their original condition, except for products that reach you only damaged or contain a factory defect


If you receive a damaged product, do not hesitate to contact customer service ([email protected] ) during working hours from 9 am to 5 pm from Saturday to Thursday, except holidays and public holidays .


All you have to do is send the order number and photos of the products to be replaced, taking into account the following conditions :


Terms of replacement :


* Only damaged, broken or defective products are replaced .


* The replaced product must be in its original condition and with its original packaging and has not been used, opened or changed the packaging features of the product.


* The replacement request must be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt .


· In case of returning an intact, undamaged product, i.e. in its original condition, the fees will be borne by the customer and deducted from the value of the replaced product .


* When returning the damaged product, Kuwait shop will bear the full fees .


* Out of concern for your safety, we do not allow the return or exchange of products that have been opened or used for health purposes for the reason that they are beauty products by nature, except for products that arrive to you damaged.


* The return will be delivered to the nearest branch of one of the approved shipping companies in your city .




Note: If you place an order using a credit card , we will refund the price of the product ( item ) only with the deduction of system setup fees, credit card operator fees and refund request fees. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement once the payment has been processed by the finance department.
